Senior Accountant

About the role

Keturah is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead core financial management and property accounting operations for its real‑estate development activities in Dubai. The role focuses on IFRS‑compliant reporting, treasury oversight, escrow reconciliation, VAT compliance and audit coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare IFRS‑aligned financial statements, balance sheets and executive reports.
• Direct treasury functions, cash‑flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Reconcile real‑estate escrow accounts and verify property transaction records.
• Prepare, audit and submit UAE VAT returns in line with FTA regulations.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing cycles and act as primary liaison for internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Proven senior‑level accounting experience, preferably within UAE real‑estate development or property management.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with complex corporate finance environments.

Required skills

• Deep proficiency in enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of IFRS frameworks.
