Senior Accountant – Urgently Hiring

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations for a fast‑growing automotive electronics business with multiple branches across the UAE. The role involves overseeing bookkeeping, inventory accounting, VAT compliance, and financial reporting for several locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities across all branches and warehouses.
• Maintain accurate sales, purchase, expense, payment, and receipt records.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Reconcile bank, cash, and company accounts.
• Monitor branch‑wise financial transactions and inventory movements.
• Reconcile physical inventory with Zoho records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance and support corporate tax documentation.
• Identify and investigate accounting discrepancies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑branch and warehouse accounting.
• Experience in retail, trading, electronics or automotive sectors is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
