Senior Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Senior Administrator to join our newly established Commissioning Department. You will play a key role in managing permit‑to‑work administration, LOTO and energisation trackers, compliance reporting, and document control for large‑scale data centre projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update permit registers, energisation dashboards, trackers, logs and reporting systems.
• Review permit applications and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor permit validity periods and ensure timely renewals.
• Produce operational and compliance reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical procurement teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Support governance initiatives and contribute to the development of reporting structures.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, reporting and coordination skills.
• Experience supporting large‑scale construction or MEP projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on data accuracy and visibility.
