Senior AI Engineer

About the role

Arada is seeking a senior AI Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of production AI systems, including LLM applications, autonomous agents, and RAG pipelines that support buyer‑facing experiences, sales enablement, and internal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production‑grade LLM applications, multi‑agent systems, and RAG pipelines end‑to‑end.
• Own model and provider selection, balancing cost, latency, and quality across Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Gemini and open‑weight models.
• Design context‑engineering strategies, including chunking, retrieval, tool use, memory, and grounding against Arada’s project, inventory, pricing and CRM data.
• Set AI safety standards, build evaluation harnesses, and implement guardrails to control hallucinations and ensure factual grounding.
• Lead integration of AI features into Salesforce, ERP, and the buyer/investor portal.
• Mentor AI engineers across Dubai and offshore pods and conduct design reviews.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Hands‑on experience shipping LLM‑based applications to production.
• Deep understanding of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector databases and agent frameworks.
• Proven technical leadership or mentoring experience.
