Senior AI Engineer – Tax & Legal Services

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to create intelligent automation solutions for its Tax & Legal Services practice in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven document processing pipelines, compliance‑checking systems and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) over multilingual regulatory data.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop production‑grade LLM applications, including RAG, prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for unstructured documents, OCR, metadata extraction and multilingual processing.
• Integrate RESTful APIs with OAuth2/JWT, Azure Entra ID and external enterprise systems.
• Deploy and monitor AI solutions on Azure, leveraging vector databases and cloud services.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to prototype lightweight UI tools using React/Next.js.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on LLM and RAG systems.
• Proven ability to take solutions from concept to production with minimal supervision.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and secure, compliant AI deployments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building reliable, scalable AI systems.
