About the role

Quest Global is seeking a Senior ALSPA Controls Steam Turbine Engineer to develop and apply advanced control technologies for steam turbine applications. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary design engineers to define control system requirements and ensure robust, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced control technologies for steam turbines.
• Collaborate with design engineers to capture and translate control system requirements.
• Write, test, and maintain turbine application code.
• Lead software acceptance tests with customers and ensure on‑time delivery of project milestones.
• Support field personnel in resolving technical issues on site.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while reviewing customer specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a team‑oriented, multicultural environment.
