Senior Analyst – Airport Operations Systems

About the role

Transguard Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Senior Analyst for a leading aviation client in Dubai. The role focuses on designing, deploying and integrating critical airport systems that support terminal, airfield and baggage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment and integration of terminal systems (CUTE/CUPPS, CUSS, FIDS, BRS, security screening) and airfield systems (AODB, RMS, surface movement, surveillance, GMS).
• Oversee baggage handling solutions (BHS, SCADA, integration with airline DCS and BRS) and ensure 24/7 reliability.
• Define technical and operational requirements aligned with strategic goals, safety standards and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with AOCC, IT, baggage and airside teams to provide real‑time situational awareness.
• Develop SOPs, incident response protocols and business continuity strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or Aviation Management; Master’s preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in airport systems or aviation IT, including large‑scale technology implementations.
• Proven leadership in AI/ML‑enabled system design and biometric integration.
• Strong knowledge of IATA, ICAO, ACI standards and ITIL framework.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
