Senior Analyst, Business Analytics

About the role

Support the AVP, Data Analysis & Reporting and the Head of Business Governance in delivering analytics, reporting, business intelligence, automation, and decision‑support solutions across Consumer Banking and other business units. The role is centred on providing data‑driven insights, ad‑hoc analysis, CRM lead performance monitoring, digital analytics and reporting automation to enable strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Source, validate and maintain data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse and other banking systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Perform ad‑hoc analytics and deep‑dive analyses to support business decisions across Consumer Banking and other functions.
• Develop and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports, dashboards and performance packs.
• Drive reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives using EDW, Power BI and related tools.
• Monitor, analyse and report on CRM campaign effectiveness, lead management performance and conversion metrics.
• Track and provide insights on digital customer journeys, digital adoption and sales‑funnel performance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, compliance and stakeholder teams to support strategic projects, regulatory requirements and process improvements.
• Conduct proactive business performance analysis and deliver actionable recommendations to improve customer, sales and operational outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, reporting or decision‑support functions within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Banking products, processes and business models.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
