Senior Analyst, Business Development - Fintech

About the role

Mastercard’s Digital Partnerships team in the EEMEA region is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive business development and revenue growth within the Fintech segment. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with the VP of Fintech and account managers to shape strategy, track performance and deepen relationships across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support quarterly business reviews, P&L management and finance collaboration while refreshing the Fintech strategy.
• Partner with Fintech firms across EEMEA, building roadmaps, negotiating contracts and managing multi‑market relationships.
• Lead business development initiatives, identify new revenue opportunities and expand market share.
• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with assigned accounts, aligning partner and Mastercard strategies.
• Analyse financial and payment data to provide fact‑based recommendations that drive value.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline and commercialization roadmap for the ecosystem.
• Lead negotiations, draft term sheets and coordinate contract development.
• Represent Mastercard at strategic partnership and government events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with expertise in deal commercialization and P&L management.
• Core knowledge of payments, data processing and financial industry operations.
• Thorough understanding of the Fintech landscape across the region.
• Ability to operate strategically and operationally with high empowerment and accountability.
• Proven relationship‑management, negotiation and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
