Senior Analyst – Financial Planning and Management Reporting

About the role

Develop and implement financial planning and controlling strategies across Emirates Steel group entities, contributing to key deliverables within the Planning & Controlling function and driving enhancements in MIS reporting and financial control processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports and maintain records for LIMAD and other external agencies.
• Support implementation of financial planning and internal control systems at new Emsteel sites and design automated reporting procedures.
• Conduct inter‑plant cost and efficiency analyses and monitor department cost centres and pricing calculations.
• Produce weekly and monthly management presentations, steel performance reports, and annual business plans, including long‑term financial models.
• Assist in consolidation, group reporting to LIMAD and the Board, and ensure compliance with budgeting and forecasting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or commerce; Chartered Accountant qualification; additional cost accounting or AI/BI dashboard certifications preferred.
• 5‑7 years of experience in financial planning and controlling, preferably in the UAE manufacturing/steel sector.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
