Senior Analyst Financial Regulatory Reporting

About the role

Remitly is seeking a senior‑level analyst to join its Finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role sits at the intersection of financial analysis, systems support, and regulatory reporting for Middle East and APAC markets. You will partner closely with regional finance leadership to turn data into actionable insights while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance leaders on financial analysis, reporting packages, and data‑driven insights for business and regulatory decisions.
• Support unit economics and performance analysis, contributing to LTV, CAC, and profitability metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards and financial models using Hex, Excel/Google Sheets, and SQL.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to define data requirements, validate system outputs, and align financial data flows with reporting needs.
• Identify gaps in reporting infrastructure and propose scalable solutions.
• Assist with business case and investment analysis for new products, licences, or market entry initiatives.
• Provide secondary support for regulatory reporting across relevant jurisdictions.

• Senior‑level experience in financial analysis or reporting within a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
