Senior Arabic Video Editor & Motion Designer

About the role

Ayoub & Co., a Dubai‑based luxury real‑estate brokerage, is looking for a senior Arabic video editor and motion designer to own the creation of all Arabic video content. You will turn raw footage, voice‑overs and briefs into engaging reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, VSLs and full campaign films that generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form social videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong hooks, fast pacing and accurate Arabic captions.
• Produce long‑form videos and Video Sales Letters that maintain attention and drive clear calls‑to‑action.
• Create real‑estate campaign videos for off‑plan launches, ready properties and investor presentations.
• Design and animate motion graphics, map animations, on‑screen text, lower thirds, price call‑outs and branded intros/outros.
• Handle sound design, colour correction, grading and use AI tools to speed up production.
• Maintain an organised library of templates, brand assets and project files while delivering multiple videos per week on tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with ability to follow scripts, match timing and write correct captions.
• Good English to understand briefs and feedback.
• 3+ years professional video editing experience, with motion graphics as a core skill.
• Strong portfolio covering short social videos and longer sales or campaign videos.
• Experience in real‑estate, luxury, automotive or hospitality is a strong advantage.
• Based in the UAE or able to join immediately.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve + Fusion).
• CapCut (a plus).
• Map and location animation, animated data call‑outs.
