Senior Architect – Architectural Technical Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join IRTH Group’s in‑house Design & Technical team. The role will lead architectural technical delivery during the construction phase for high‑rise, mixed‑use, residential, commercial and hospitality projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate architectural shop drawings and detailed construction documents.
• Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, accessibility standards and international architectural codes.
• Produce and manage BIM models in line with project BIM Execution Plans and resolve design clashes through coordination workshops.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, façade and infrastructure disciplines to guarantee seamless integration.
• Support project teams by answering RFIs, approving materials, and addressing site‑related architectural issues.
• Deliver shop‑drawing packages on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of architectural experience, preferably on high‑rise and mixed‑use developments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, fire safety codes and accessibility requirements.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings and value‑engineering exercises.
