Senior Architect Construction Supervision

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead construction supervision on complex building projects in Abu Dhabi. The role bridges design and execution, ensuring that every on‑site activity meets architectural intent, regulatory standards, and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on‑site construction activities, verifying compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits, producing detailed reports and daily logs for stakeholders.
• Lead a multidisciplinary construction supervision team, providing technical direction and resolving design‑construction conflicts.
• Review construction methodologies, schedules, and resource allocation to optimise delivery and minimise delays.
• Manage contract administration tasks, including change orders, claims, and warranty documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
• Proven ability to act as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
