About the role
Fisher HR is recruiting a Senior Architect for a full-time position based in Dubai. The role covers design and technical review, coordination with other disciplines and support of approvals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and review architectural designs and drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and applicable regulations.
- Assist with design improvements and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and other design disciplines, and work with external consultants and internal project teams.
- Monitor design deliverables and deadlines.
- Support authority approvals and resolve design issues.
Required profile
- 7-12 years of architectural experience.
- Mandatory experience on real estate development projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
