Senior Architect – Site Supervision

About the role

Dar is seeking a Senior Architect to lead site supervision and ensure the successful implementation of architectural and finishing works across a variety of projects. The role involves reviewing designs, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily reviews of architectural designs, shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate activities among architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to align with project goals and timelines.
• Prepare and review technical correspondences, contract documents and project documentation.
• Scrutinize deliverables such as drawings, specifications and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to design intent.
• Act as primary contact with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Work with design offices to manage design modifications and resolve issues.
• Provide technical support to site teams, clarifying design intent and ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Participate in technical meetings, project reviews and coordination sessions.
• Liaise with site supervision team, conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams to address contractor actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in architectural project execution, coordination and supervision.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices, building codes and construction standards.
