About the role
WSP Middle East is looking for a dynamic Senior Architect (Technical) to join its Technical Architecture Team within the Property & Buildings Business Unit in the UAE. The role offers the chance to apply 8+ years of architectural experience to complex, high‑profile projects across the Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical design and ensure design compliance throughout all project stages.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Produce and manage construction documentation.
- Contribute innovative and sustainable solutions for commercial, mixed‑use, hospitality, residential, healthcare, education, aviation and public sector developments.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, preferably in large‑scale developments.
- Strong technical orientation with proven ability to lead design processes.
- Experience working on diverse project types across the Middle East.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
