Senior Associate, Branding

About the role

The Senior Associate – Branding will support the execution of branding and communication initiatives for Majid Al Futtaim’s Asset Management Business Unit across assigned assets and markets. The role ensures that campaigns, content and branding materials are delivered consistently, adhering to brand guidelines while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of branding campaigns, initiatives and content across assets or markets.
• Coordinate production and deployment of branding materials, including creatives, copy, toolkits and templates.
• Ensure all outputs comply with approved brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity standards.
• Localize centrally developed campaigns and content to meet asset‑ or market‑specific requirements.
• Manage campaign timelines, approvals and on‑ground delivery with internal teams, agencies and vendors.
• Track deliverables, conduct quality checks and escalate risks or delays as needed.
• Maintain brand assets, content libraries and documentation, and support brand audits.
• Maintain campaign trackers, reports and assist with budget tracking and invoice administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in branding, marketing coordination or content execution, preferably in a consumer‑facing industry.
• Organized, collaborative and execution‑focused with strong attention to detail.
