Senior Associate – CEO Office

About the role

Inception42, a G42 company, is seeking a Senior Associate for the CEO Office in Abu Dhabi. The role will tackle priority business problems, lead cross‑functional initiatives and improve the way the CEO Office operates, using data‑driven and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous business problems, test hypotheses and diagnose root causes using research, data and stakeholder input.
• Build business cases, financial and operational analyses to assess value, feasibility and risk, and recommend priorities.
• Prepare concise executive briefs and decision materials that separate evidence from assumptions.
• Lead initiatives from scope definition through implementation, applying PMO discipline, milestone tracking and benefit realization.
• Redesign manual processes and prototype AI‑enabled tools using approved AI, automation or low‑code platforms.

Required profile

• Experience in strategy, operations, transformation or a CEO/Chief of Staff office, with a track record of delivering outcomes.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex problems, recover delayed initiatives and drive action across functions without formal authority.
• Strong command of integrated planning, critical‑path management, governance cadences, RAID logs and KPI reporting.
• Hands‑on AI capability – having built and tested an AI‑enabled workflow or tool used by others.
• Excellent executive writing, stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge constructively.
