Senior Associate – Contracts

About the role

The Senior Associate, Contracts will support the procurement and contract lifecycle for maintenance, repair and overhaul services across land platforms, heavy utility vehicles and ground support equipment. You will work closely with requesters, vendors and internal teams to ensure contracts are accurately defined, executed and monitored.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse procurement requirements, consult with requesters and define Scopes of Work (SOW).
• Lead pre‑bid conferences, issue ITTs, RFPs and RFQs, and prepare technical and commercial evaluation memos.
• Draft and maintain final contractual documents such as Purchase Orders, Blanket Purchase Agreements and Service Maintenance Agreements, incorporating required flow‑down clauses.
• Support cradle‑to‑grave contract activities, including bid package preparation, risk assessment, proposal analysis, negotiations and contract close‑out.
• Monitor vendor performance, resolve non‑conformances, prepare expediting/penalty reports and verify receipt of goods/services in the ERP system.
• Coordinate contract modifications, track records, ensure compliance with import/export regulations and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior team members and manage high‑value property documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, contract administration or related legal functions.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functional departments and with senior management.
