Senior Associate - Deals Advisory, Abu Dhabi

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate in its Deals advisory practice in Abu Dhabi. People in deals provide strategic advice and support to clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, helping them navigate complex transactions and maximise value. This role focuses on financial due diligence, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key deal issues.
• Build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others.
• Anticipate the needs of teams and clients and deliver quality work.
• Deliver financial due diligence services to clients in M&A and divestiture transactions.

Required profile

• Ability to respond to the diverse perspectives, needs and feelings of others.
• Use of a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate ideas and solve problems.
• Critical thinking to break down complex concepts, and understanding of how the work fits into the overall strategy.
• Interpretation of data to inform insights and recommendations.
