Senior Associate - DevOps Engineering

About the role

ADSS is transforming into a fast‑growing, data‑driven brokerage and needs a Senior Associate to lead its DevOps engineering efforts. You will design, improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation, and scalable environments across on‑premises, cloud and hybrid platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, repeatable builds and releases.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage containerised environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Provision, configure and sustain DevOps environments on‑prem, cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
• Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Collaborate with SRE, infrastructure, network and application teams to guarantee secure and stable environments.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of deployment failures and drive preventive improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering within a fast‑paced, technology‑focused organisation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, automation, and cloud‑native architectures.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with developers, QA and database engineers.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward operational excellence.
