Senior Associate – Electrical

About the role

9E Global is looking for an experienced Senior Associate – Electrical to join its growing team in the UAE. The role will lead and coordinate electrical engineering design, support project delivery and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient, reliable and sustainable building solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering design across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery, customer satisfaction, profitability and cash‑flow.
• Develop and present proposals, support fee negotiations and identify additional service opportunities.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and authorities while ensuring QA, HSE and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 13 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably on Middle‑East projects.
• Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering; Chartered status is an advantage.
• Proven track record as a Project Engineer managing complex projects.
• Strong business‑development capability and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Analytical concepts, CAD standards and technical leadership.
