Senior Associate Enterprise Performance Management

About the role

The Senior Associate EPM will own the platforms that support Aldar Academies' core finance processes – financial consolidation, tax, and financial planning & analysis – across the Group and its subsidiaries. This role spans the full Enterprise Performance Management landscape, covering both Oracle EPM and Anaplan, and is exclusive to UAE Nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Own configuration, health and evolution of the EPM landscape, ensuring a coherent view across platforms and contributing to roadmap and rationalisation.
• Partner with Group Finance, Tax and FP&A teams to translate process requirements into platform solutions, drive adoption and manage the enhancement backlog.
• Oversee integrations between EPM platforms, Oracle ERP and other source systems, safeguarding data quality and master‑data alignment.
• Provide priority support during close, filing, budgeting and forecasting windows, coordinating with technology operations and vendors.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of hands‑on experience with Enterprise Performance Management platforms, specifically Oracle EPM and Anaplan.
• Strong understanding of consolidation, tax provisioning, compliance and budgeting/forecasting processes in multi‑entity environments.
• Process‑first mindset, reliable under calendar pressure and rigorous on data accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Oracle EPM or Anaplan certifications are a plus.
