Senior Associate - Finance & Accounting

About the role

The Senior Associate will support global finance operations and reporting, acting as the Designated Finance Officer under the DFSA regulatory framework. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cash management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to provide timely insights.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and enforce internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, DFSA regulations, and company policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to safeguard liquidity.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Handle regulatory reporting, including quarterly and annual submissions via the DFSA EPRS system.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, tax and VAT filings, and segregation of client monies.
