About the role
The Senior Associate – Finance will support the financial planning and performance of Chalhoub Group’s Beauty Business Unit. You will deliver accurate analysis, forecasting and budgeting while helping to assess risks and guide decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse P&L, budgeting and forecasting for the Beauty Business Unit.
- Ensure financial controls and internal control processes are in place and operating effectively.
- Interpret financial data, improve reporting and provide variance analysis.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate financial insights into operational efficiency and strategic recommendations.
- Develop trusted relationships with business stakeholders to support financial management and decision‑making.
Required profile
- Minimum 36 months of relevant finance experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial viability.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions.
