Senior Associate - Innovation

About the role

The Senior Associate – Innovation will support the Innovation function by providing structured analysis, performance tracking and data‑driven reporting. You will evaluate innovation initiatives, govern pilot projects and enable informed decision‑making through robust analytics and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the innovation portfolio dashboard, tracking KPIs across pilots and proof‑of‑concepts, and highlighting risks and optimisation opportunities.
• Develop interactive dashboards, integrate data from multiple business units, and automate recurring reporting while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Support financial modelling for innovation initiatives, conduct ROI and scenario analyses, and assess cost‑savings and revenue potential.
• Assist in evaluating startups and technology partners, contribute to scoring models and prepare analytical summaries for decision‑making forums.
• Prepare concise, insight‑driven presentations for senior leadership and provide analytical input for Innovation Committee materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance or innovation‑related roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

• Advanced Business Intelligence (BI) and data‑visualisation tools for dashboard design and data modelling.
• Microsoft Excel for structured analysis and reporting.
• Financial modelling, ROI analysis and basic business‑case evaluation.
