Senior Associate, Marketing

About the role

MAF Properties is looking for a Senior Associate, Marketing to support the execution of branding and communication initiatives across its assigned assets and markets. The role implements brand strategies, campaigns and content in line with brand guidelines, working closely with Brand Managers, Digital teams, asset stakeholders and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute branding campaigns, initiatives and content rollouts across assigned assets and markets.
• Coordinate production and delivery of branding materials such as creatives, copy, toolkits and templates.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, visual identity standards and tone of voice.
• Localize brand campaigns and content to meet asset and market requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors on timelines, approvals and deliverables.
• Support campaign rollout, quality control and brand compliance audits across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Maintain brand assets, content libraries, trackers, calendars and campaign documentation.
• Support reporting, budget tracking, invoice processing and administrative coordination for branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in branding, marketing coordination or content execution.
• Experience in retail, real estate, hospitality or other consumer-facing industries is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and stakeholder-focused, committed to brand consistency and quality.
