Senior Associate, Media (GCC)

About the role

The Senior Associate, Media will develop and execute 360° digital media strategies for clients across the GCC, enhancing online presence, driving engagement and supporting growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, display and programmatic channels.
• Analyse market trends and user data to inform strategy and optimise performance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, including budgeting, scheduling and KPI tracking.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and audience interests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high‑quality, engaging content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in digital media, marketing or campaign management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital media platforms and campaign management tools.
• Strong knowledge of social media advertising and digital advertising strategies.
• Experience using digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., social media insights).
• Budget management and performance reporting.
