About the role
The Senior Associate will perform accurate medical coding for insurance claims, ensuring compliance with DHA, JCI and WHO guidelines. The role involves reviewing patient records, preparing quantitative analyses and handling claim submissions efficiently to meet daily targets.
Key responsibilities
- Perform ICD‑10‑CM, CPT and other coding for patient diagnoses and procedures.
- Review, analyse and code diagnostic and procedural information with minimal errors.
- Ensure compliance with DHA policies, JCI accreditation and WHO guidelines.
- Prepare quantitative analyses and maintain organized claims files.
- Process claims promptly to achieve daily submission targets and avoid rejections.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.
- Ability to review medical records for completeness and guideline adherence.
- Attention to detail and capability to meet strict coding accuracy standards.
- Experience handling insurance claim submissions in a time‑bound environment.
