Senior Associate - PMO

About the role

The Senior Associate – PMO will drive the successful implementation of the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) strategy, services and deliverables for Aldar Academy. You will establish frameworks and standards for project and program management while supporting strategic and special projects across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end identification, development, prioritisation and implementation of high‑impact projects and programmes.
• Establish and maintain methodologies, tools and organisational structures for initiative management.
• Prioritise initiatives, align them with corporate strategy and define key milestones with business owners.
• Identify inter‑dependencies, manage risks, and report progress, achievements and challenges to senior management.
• Allocate EPMO manpower, conduct regular planning and monitor change requests.
• Provide quality assurance for project artefacts and support business owners in improving project plans.
• Define training needs for initiative teams and monitor training effectiveness.
• Conduct research and analysis in collaboration with the Strategy team as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Project Management Office role.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles with teams of 5‑25 members.
• Background in the real‑estate sector or corporate departments within a holding structure.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from ideation through post‑closing.
