Senior Associate - Product Manager, Energy & Commodities Trading (Endur)

About the role

Publicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Associate - Product Manager with hands-on Endur (OpenLink) experience to support digital transformation in the Energy and Commodities Trading domain. You will work with clients, business stakeholders, senior Business Analysts and engineering teams to turn business requirements into user stories, process documentation and test scenarios, and help deliver and enhance Endur and related systems through Agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and refine business requirements with senior Business Analysts, product teams and stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, process flows and functional documentation
• Support Endur enhancements, production support and integration activities
• Prepare test scenarios, acceptance criteria and UAT documentation
• Assist with data analysis, SQL queries, log analysis and configuration assessments
• Help technical teams investigate system issues and support resolution
• Take part in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Build a strong understanding of commodity trading processes and the end-to-end trade lifecycle

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with Endur (OpenLink), including application support, business analysis and functional delivery; hands-on Endur experience is mandatory
• Understanding of the commodity trading lifecycle and business processes
• Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and application support practices
• Basic understanding of trading products, financial instruments or energy commodities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills, and good communication across business and technical teams

Required skills

• Strong SQL skills, log analysis and troubleshooting
• Preferred: experience with other CTRM platforms, familiarity with Agile, Jira and Confluence, exposure to Endur configuration/integrations, UAT and release support, and business analysis certification or training
