About the role

The Senior Beauty Advisor will represent the brand in a retail environment, driving sales through expert product knowledge, outstanding customer service, and strong leadership. You will act as a role model for junior team members while ensuring operational excellence and a premium shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑depth product expertise, demonstrate makeup application, and deliver personalized recommendations that match customer preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greet shoppers warmly, and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Maintain store standards: arrange stock, uphold visual merchandising guidelines, and ensure a secure, tidy environment.
• Handle POS transactions, manage cash registers, and balance tills at shift start and end.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting loyalty programs.
• Record inventory movements, produce accurate reports, and minimize stock loss through vigilant handling.
• Support flexible scheduling during peak sales periods and festive seasons.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in the beauty industry with proven sales and makeup application expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate junior team members.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
