Senior BIM Manager – Landscape Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a senior BIM Manager to lead the implementation of our world‑leading BIM process within a dynamic landscape architecture studio in Dubai’s creative quarter d3. Reporting to the Associate – BIM Manager, you will oversee BIM workflow, quality control and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate BIM logistics, including contracts, data exchange, and CDE management.
• Drive production, coordination and delivery of BIM models in line with project BIM Execution Plans.
• Review and verify BIM deliverables (models, drawings, cost estimates, schedules) ensuring QA/QC standards.
• Mentor junior BIM staff and support interdisciplinary collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years BIM experience with at least 3 years as a BIM Manager.
• Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or Design Technology; professional membership advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage BIM workflows, budgets and schedules in a multi‑disciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Civil3D, AutoCAD, Rhino and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamo, Sketchup, Infraworks, Maya, 3D Max and other 3D modelling platforms.
• Experience with BIM coordination tools such as Aconex, Unifier, ProjectWise and clash detection software.
• Familiarity with GIS systems, laser scanning, MicroStation and Bentley AECOsim.
