About the role
The Senior Brand Sales Manager will lead the UAE Microsoft Core Business covering Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365. Reporting to the Microsoft Product Manager – UAE, the role is responsible for revenue, margin, partner growth and retention across a large partner ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver revenue and gross margin targets for Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics 365.
- Lead, coach and manage a team of Brand Sales Executives.
- Grow and activate a 400+ partner ecosystem, personally managing the top 10 partners.
- Maintain pipeline coverage, CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
- Run weekly cadence calls and business reviews with Microsoft UAE SPOCs.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in IT distribution, including 3+ years as a people manager.
- Strong Microsoft CSP and channel experience with commercial ownership of Modern Work, Azure and Business Applications.
- Proven ability to develop partner ecosystems and manage executive stakeholders.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred.
