Senior Business Analyst – Arabic Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who is fluent in Arabic to join our Digital Solutions delivery teams in Dubai. You will play a hands‑on role throughout the full business analysis lifecycle on complex software projects for enterprise and government clients across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions.
• Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), user stories with acceptance criteria, BPMN process flows, gap analyses, data dictionaries and wireframes.
• Support solution design, estimation and delivery in partnership with architects, developers, data and quality teams.
• Facilitate demos and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with clients.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, identify and escalate risks, scope creep and dependencies.
• Utilise AI tools responsibly across all work stages while complying with client restrictions.
• Coordinate with vendor BA teams when required.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of BA processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis experience, including at least 2 years at a senior level on software development projects.
• Full‑lifecycle BA experience in Agile (Scrum), Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong portfolio of BA deliverables such as BRDs, SRS, BPMN diagrams, gap analyses and wireframes.
• Arabic fluency is required; English proficiency is assumed.
• Experience in government or public‑sector projects is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, Agile) are advantageous.
