Senior Business Analyst – Business Banking SME

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will act as the Subject Matter Expert for Business Banking, driving the definition and delivery of onboarding, account maintenance and compliance solutions. You will work closely with product, operations, risk, compliance and technology teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements; produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Lead initiatives on customer onboarding, KYC, CDD, cash management and account maintenance for corporate clients.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthroughs with product owners, compliance, risk and IT stakeholders.
• Manage change requests, impact assessments and support SIT/UAT testing activities.
• Provide post‑implementation support and ensure production readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of business analysis experience, with at least 3 years in Business, SME or Corporate Banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA/CRS) and experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA or Agile certifications are preferred.
