Senior Business Consultant

About the role

Takween Business Advisory helps entrepreneurs, investors and established companies do business in the UAE, covering jurisdiction and license choice, visas, VAT, Corporate Tax and accounting. It is looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant for its Dubai team to act as the trusted advisor for clients starting or expanding in the UAE, taking them from first conversation to a closed deal and a smooth handover to Operations. Leads are provided by the company.

Key responsibilities

• Contact company-assigned leads promptly and hold consultations to understand each client's activity, budget, timeline and visa needs
• Recommend the right setup (Mainland or Free Zone, license type, visa package) and explain the process, costs and timelines
• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up consistently, handle objections and close deals
• Collect documents and hand over closed deals to Operations with complete, accurate details
• Offer additional services such as visa processing, VAT, Corporate Tax and accounting
• Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business
• Report regularly to the Sales Manager on leads, expected closures and performance against target
• Support junior team members when needed

Required profile

• 2+ years in business advisory or consulting
• Solid knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone setup, licensing and visa processes
• A proven record of converting leads, managing a pipeline and hitting monthly targets
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with a CRM; Bitrix24 is a plus
• Independent, organised and consistent with follow-ups, professional and client-focused
