Senior Business Development Executive – Construction & Property

About the role

We are looking for a senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record of winning large contracts in the UAE construction and property development market. This high‑impact, hunter‑type role focuses on opening doors, building relationships and closing deals that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high‑quality leads and build a robust pipeline within the construction and property development sectors.
• Close deals and negotiate contracts with major property developers and contractors.
• Secure long‑term, high‑value contracts that contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
• Leverage an existing network to fast‑track business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the brand at industry events, tender meetings and high‑level stakeholder discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in Dubai, with a deep understanding of how business is conducted locally.
• Well‑connected professional with an established network in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience closing deals and securing contracts with property developers.
• Background in Aluminium or MEP industries is essential.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
