Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth for our global brokerage platform. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will lead market expansion, client acquisition and partnership initiatives across Forex, CFDs, commodities and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients, brokers, introducing brokers and affiliates.
• Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with liquidity providers, financial institutions and technology partners.
• Create pricing models and drive revenue generation while ensuring profitability.
• Maintain compliance with Forex regulatory requirements and work closely with the compliance team.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of business development professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages a plus.
• Minimum three years of business development experience in the Forex industry.
• Established portfolio of APAC clients, introducing brokers and affiliates.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and related technologies.
• Proven negotiation and communication abilities.
