Senior Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel Kitchen

About the role

Join the culinary team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, a 5‑star hotel serving business and leisure guests. As a Senior Chef de Partie you will lead a kitchen section, ensuring top‑quality dishes, hygiene and consistency while supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high‑quality dishes according to hotel recipes and guest expectations.
• Supervise daily operations of the assigned kitchen section, ensuring smooth workflow during service.
• Coach and motivate Chef de Parties, Demi Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and trainees.
• Monitor food preparation for consistency, quality and portion control.
• Maintain HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Manage stock levels, minimise waste and assist with inventory control and ordering.
• Contribute to menu development with new dishes, seasonal specials and presentation ideas.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Required profile

• 2–3 years experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie in a luxury or 5‑star hotel.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach and develop multicultural kitchen teams.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and multiple kitchen operations.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
