Senior Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Dubai)

About the role

As a Senior Client Advisor you will be the face of Louis Vuitton in Dubai, delivering the brand promise to every client. You will build lasting relationships, guide clients across all product categories, and support the team in achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and act as a role model for the team.
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining high standards of brand knowledge.
• Welcome and advise clients across the full range of Louis Vuitton products.
• Leverage clienteling tools to develop existing relationships and attract new clients.
• Support the Team Manager with floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
• Mentor and integrate new team members through a buddy system.
• Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavior standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising, after‑sales service, and other store operations as needed.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity, agility, empathy and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven retail experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maturity and managerial credibility with the ability to lead by example.
