Senior Collections Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Collections Executive to join Dubai Holding Community Management’s finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing overdue payments from residents and commercial tenants across our portfolio of premium communities, ensuring timely recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone or email to follow up on overdue invoices and propose repayment solutions.
• Assist walk‑in customers with inquiries about outstanding balances, invoices, or account status.
• Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policies and document agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Reconcile invoices and coordinate with Finance, Operations and Legal teams to resolve disputes.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly collection reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable or customer service.
• Experience in real‑estate, property management or financial services is preferred.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of RERA and service charges is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using ERP or CRM systems for tracking accounts and collections.
