Senior Concept Architect

About the role

Azizi is seeking a Senior Concept Architect to join its Design 360 Studio in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Concepts, you will shape the early design vision for a portfolio that is 70% residential and includes hospitality, labour accommodation, and retail projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase, turning client briefs into compelling architectural concepts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—engineers, designers, and project managers—to ensure integrated project development.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to guide design decisions.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine proposals.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable practices and embed them into designs.
• Mentor junior architects, supporting their professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience, with at least 5 years working in the UAE.
• Strong creative vision, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive experience in architectural design, project management, and BIM coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar rendering software.
• Strong experience with Revit BIM workflows.
