Senior Concierge

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Concierge to deliver personalized assistance to guests, residents, VIPs, executives and premium clients, supporting daily concierge operations and maintaining high service standards across our globally focused hospitality organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive concierge services, handling requests, recommendations, reservations, transportation, tours and special occasions from initial contact through completion.
• Develop personalized itineraries, curate recommendations, and coordinate VIP arrivals, departures and celebrations, ensuring all arrangements are confirmed and delivered accurately.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international service providers, negotiate priority access and monitor supplier performance to guarantee timely, high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Transportation and Events teams to communicate guest preferences and ensure seamless execution of requests.
• Handle guest complaints, service issues and last‑minute changes with effective service‑recovery solutions while protecting guest confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services with extensive local knowledge and strong relationship‑management abilities.
• Resourceful, discreet and able to anticipate guest needs, manage complex and urgent requests, and deliver memorable experiences.
