About the role
KBR is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead large‑scale oil & gas projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on delivering project progress on schedule while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all direct and indirect manpower on site.
- Drive the execution of construction activities to meet planned milestones.
- Oversee site safety, quality, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and client teams to resolve technical issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 25 + years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Minimum 10 years as a Construction Manager on oil & gas projects.
- At least 5 years in a senior construction management role within the Middle East.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
