Senior Construction Manager – PMC

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Construction Manager to lead the planning and execution of civil works, onshore fabrication, offshore transportation and installation, and brownfield modifications for an ADNOC Gas project in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute Islands U/G civil works, onshore fabrication, and offshore transportation/installation.
• Lead construction efforts to meet ADNOC Gas procedures and shareholder expectations.
• Directly manage Construction Leaders for on‑island and onshore precast activities.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate mechanical completion and brownfield modification activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing large‑scale construction projects in the oil & gas sector.
• Extensive experience with onshore and offshore civil works and fabrication.
• Strong leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Ability to work on high‑profile client projects and meet strict client expectations.
