Senior Consultant – EMEA Macro Consulting

About the role

Oxford Economics is expanding its EMEA macro consultancy team in Dubai. The Senior Consultant will design, implement and deliver economic consultancy modelling projects for clients across the Middle East, supporting both existing engagements and new business development.

Key responsibilities

• Support a wide range of macro‑consultancy projects for Mid‑East clients, focusing on macro modelling using Oxford Economics’ Global Economic Model.
• Travel regularly within the region to meet clients and gather data.
• Present Oxford’s house view to clients through conferences, webinars and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Handle client queries related to Middle‑East economics and broader research topics.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams by showcasing Oxford’s products and insights, often involving extensive regional travel.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate level education in Economics.
• Proven experience applying macro‑economics models for forecasting or scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across offices and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
