Senior Contracts Engineer – Site

About the role

The Lead Contracts Engineer (PMC) will manage and oversee all contractual aspects of assigned energy projects on behalf of the client. You will ensure contracts are executed in line with agreed terms, project requirements and applicable laws while mitigating commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contracts from inception to close‑out.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications and local regulations.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients and subcontractors to resolve contract‑related issues.
• Prepare and review contract documents, change orders and claims.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract administration within large‑scale oil, gas or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and UAE commercial regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial terms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
