About the role
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join its Band 1 Corporate Services practice, working on M&A and Private Equity transactions across the Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage global M&A and private equity transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
- Oversee due diligence, disclosure exercises, and closings for high‑value investments.
- Support companies throughout their lifecycle and maintain client relationships.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years post‑qualification experience in corporate services, M&A, and venture capital.
- Strong commercial awareness and outstanding academic record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Technical excellence in corporate law matters.
